Cancellation Policy

  • You have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it.

  • Please contact us at furniturehandicraft07@gmail.com within this timeframe to initiate the cancellation process.

  • If your order has already been shipped or booked for shipping within this 12-hour window, cancellation will not be possible.

  • For refund requests made within the 12-hour cancellation period, a 10% fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

⚠️ Please note: Customized products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged products.

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt by calling us at +91 95710 50196 or emailing us at furniturehandicraft07@gmail.com.

  2. Provide photographic and video evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.

Once we receive the damaged product:

  • We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive your email consent.

  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days.

  • Return pick-up will be initiated within 5 working days.

  • If the refund is approved by Furniture Handicraft, the amount will be credited within 7-8 working days.

No Returns/Exchanges/Refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer

  • Non-availability of the recipient at the specified address/premises

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Delivery made to a person or location specified by the customer other than themselves

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.)

  • Tampering or misuse of the product by the customer

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with product aesthetics (color/texture variations due to handmade nature)

Final Note

The decision to proceed with a refund is at the sole discretion of Furniture Handicraft and is subject to a thorough evaluation of the circumstances involved.
